/chat_id

The /chat_id command is used to retrieve the unique identifier of a Telegram group. This ID is necessary for linking projects to specific groups or for using the /impersonate feature.

You send (in a group):

/chat_id

Bot responds:

The Chat ID for this group is: -1001234567890

Notes

• This command must be run inside a group where the bot has been invited.
• Keep this ID handy if you plan to manage projects that are collaborative within that group.
